By downloading, accessing, or using the DarkGPT Plus application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the App.

1. License

DarkGPT Plus grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

This license is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise authorized by the developer in writing. You may not redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the App or its content.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer the App.

  • Violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with your use of the App.

  • Use the App in a way that could harm DarkGPT Plus, its users, or its systems.

3. Subscription & Billing

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Subscription details (price, duration, renewal) are displayed before purchase. You may cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings.

4. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall DarkGPT Plus or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted at this URL, and your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
